Nov 13, 2018 here is a download for a full romset for the MAME2003-Plus core for Retroarch. Mame2003-plus can be used on a lot of different devices and consoles. You can also use this romset on mame72 release7 for xbox 360 and mamenx 0.72 on the nintendo switch. Info about all the changes and new games added. Which requires MAME 0.139 ROMs. Full non-Merged ROM sets are the recommended format for RetroPie arcade emulators. A more complete ROMset with support for more than 8,000 ROMs. Mame4droid uses the 0.139u1 romset, I think retroarch has 3 versions of mame: (mame-2003 0.78) (mame-2010 0.139u1) and the current version available through git Right, this is probably why the OP is looking for.139u1 XML. If you use MAME4Droid or MAME-2010 (from Retroarch) you would want an XML that matches.
